Certificate of Non-Manipulation provides assurances that transit cargoes or cargoes stored temporarily at a bonded area (including the Free Trade Zone) are not altered or processed, except for the works necessary for the unloading, reloading, and transportation, or maintenance works to preserve the product under good conditions.

After submitting the cargo return declaration or Declaration for Overseas Shipment of Cargo from FTZ
Application for the Certificate of non-manipulation, and confirmation of temporary storage of the bonded warehouse operator or FTZ residential company
On-line application for the certificate can be processed after signing-up at the UNIPASS electronic clearance system.(http://unipass.go.kr)
Checking the application status
Without signing up, individuals may check the authenticity of the certificate by searching information with the year of issuance, issue number, and business license number written on the certificate.
